What makes Chiropedic bedding different?

We are an Australian-owned, family-run business since 1991. All mattresses are made locally in Melbourne using certified Australian materials.
Our focus is on chiropractic support and medically sound sleep solutions, designed to help with back pain, posture, allergen concerns, etc.
We offer a 150-night sleep trial so you can test your mattress at home.

What is the 150-Night Sleep Trial?

If you would like to return your mattress, please complete the return form by clicking here.

Once your return request is sent to us, we will then arrange for it to be collected by Salvos free of charge, and once the collection is completed, we will give you a full refund.

Return is free in all Metro location (Melbourne, Sydney, Canberra, Brisbane, Adelaide, Hobart & Perth). If you live in a regional, rural or an area outside of Salvos network we will ask you for assistance in donating/dropping off the mattress directly to your closest charity or mattress recycler and email us proof of donation/drop off and we will give you a full refund.

As our returned mattresses are sent to charities to live a new life, they must be in as-new condition with no damage, stains, marks or rips. We highly recommend using a mattress protector to ensure this, should you wish to return it.

Please Note: All returned mattresses must be enclosed in the original plastic bag provided at the time of sale. This is a strict requirement, as our freight companies will not collect or transport mattresses that are not securely sealed in this protective covering. The plastic bag ensures the mattress is kept hygienic, damage-free, and easy to handle during the return process. Customers are responsible for ensuring their mattress is properly repacked before pickup can be arranged.

Are your products Australian-made?

Yes. Most mattresses are manufactured in Melbourne, Australia.

How do I choose the right mattress firmness / size?

We have a Mattress Size Guide to help you pick the right dimensions.
Consider your sleeping style (back, side, stomach), weight, whether you tend to sleep hot or cold, and whether you need support for back or joint issues.

What is the maximum weight a mattress can support?

Our mattresses are designed with durable foams and strong support systems to handle everyday use. As a general guide, here are the recommended maximum weight limits by size:

Single: up to 120 kg
King Single: up to 150 kg
Double: up to 200 – 250 kg combined
Queen: up to 250 – 300 kg combined
King: up to 250 – 300 kg combined

These limits ensure your mattress maintains its comfort, support, and long-term durability.

What is the warranty on the mattresses?

We are proud to offer a warranty of 10 up to 20 years on our mattresses, depending on the model. This warranty covers faulty workmanship and/or faulty materials, ensuring long-lasting comfort and peace of mind. The warranty period commences from the date you take ownership of the mattress.

The warranty does not cover:

Everyday wear and tear
User negligence, misuse, or abuse
Manufacturing irregularities that do not affect the performance of the bed
Customer preference issues
Handle damage (handles are not designed to lift, turn, or transport the mattress)

How do I care for and maintain my mattress?

Here are three critical tips for caring for your mattress:

Rotate your mattress once a month. Single-sided mattresses must be spun around 180 degrees (head to toe). Double-sided mattresses need to be flipped over and spun 180 degrees. We recommend rotating a new mattress twice in the first month you buy it.
Always use a waterproof mattress protector. Yinahla waterproof mattress protectors
will help prevent severe staining from sweat, drink and food spills.
Keeping your mattress sanitary is vital for your well-being. Staining
your mattress can also result in the warranty being voided.
Supportive bed base or frame. correct support is essential. Slats must:

Be firm, even, and securely fastened
Have gaps under 10cm
Be smooth to avoid damage
Allow airflow to prevent mildew

Avoid curved, posture, or euro slat systems, as these will void your warranty.

Delivery

What is the delivery cost?

We offer Free Delivery to major metropolitan cities. Please note the following breakdown as determined by our delivery partners:

Metro Areas (Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide, Canberra ): Free delivery.

Inner Regional Areas: :Shipping cost calculated at checkout.

Outer Regional Areas: :Shipping cost calculated at checkout.

Remote Regional Areas: Unfortunately, we currently do not ship to some remote regional locations not serviced by our delivery partners.

ADDITIONAL DELIVERY OPTION – MELBOURNE METRO ONLY

Premium Delivery – $129: If you wish to have your goods taken inside and set up in the room for you, you will need to select the Premium Delivery Service. Please note that the room must be empty and ready for setup, as our service does not include removing or disposing of the old mattress and base.

How does delivery work?

Once you've ordered your mattress, we need 3 business days to dispatch it. Our mattresses are dispatched from our Melbourne warehouse, and will be delivered to you based on the average* delivery times below:

Melbourne Metro 3 business days

Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide & Canberra Metro within 14 business days

All other areas within 21 business days.

*We hope you'll understand that the lead time may be longer depending on your specific location and the courier used.

Where are the products shipped from?

All our products are shipped from our Melbourne warehouse.

Why are delivery charges different for metro and regional/rural areas?

In response to increasing fuel costs across the market, we have adjusted our delivery pricing to ensure we can continue servicing the areas most impacted.

It is saying I am ‘regional’ but I consider myself ‘metro’, who dictates these categorisations?

The metro/regional classifications are determined by our delivery partners, and not something we set internally.

Do you offer old Mattress Removal?

We do not offer old mattress removal service.

How do I pay for my order?

We accept Credit Cards (Mastercard, Visa), PayPal, Interest Free Finance – Buy Now Pay Later (Afterpay $ ZipPay)

Do you offer interest free finance?

Yes! We offer Afterpay & Zip. At checkout the finance offers available to you will be shown. Simply select which one you want to apply for and within seconds you will get an answer if you are approved and you can complete your order.

How does Afterpay work?

Afterpay splits your purchase into 4 installments. You pay the first installment at the time of purchase and the remainder every fortnight. Pay nothing extra when you pay on time. With interest-free payments, the only fees are for late payments. Afterpay will email you a payment schedule and send you notifications so there are no surprises. Enjoy instant approval and shipment. You’ll know you have been approved within seconds. Orders ship as they would with any other form of payment. Afterpay has a transaction limit of $2000 so any orders over this amount will not be available to check out with Afterpay.

How does Zipmoney work?

Choose the items you love and select Zip at checkout to go through the approval process. During the approval process you will be given options of up to 6 months interest free. Once approved Zip pays us in full for your order and we organise delivery of the goods.
